Liza Snyder

Snyder was born in Northampton, Massachusetts. His father works as a theatre professor at Smith College, and her mother is a songwriter and singer. Snyder was a graduate of the New York's Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in which she was trained in acting under guidance of Sanford Meisner. Snyder started her acting career in television dramas such as The Trials of Rosie O'Neill or Murder, She Wrote. In 1993 she was cast in the lead role as Molly Whelan in the ABC as well as the later syndicated crime drama Sirens. The actress co-starred on two TV films and was a guest star in Chicago Hope and Pacific Blue in the aftermath of the show's cancellation. On the NBC sitcom Jesse, starring Christina Applegate, she was part of the cast between 1998 and 2000. In the show Pay It Forward produced by Mimi Leder, she played the role of a minor character. Snyder began her acting career as Christine Hughes, a CBS sitcom Yes, Dear, later in the year. The series ended its run in 2006. concluded.
